1) Why Flair?
Because we've all seen Office Space. It's just a nice word.
2) What size are your buttons? Can I have a different size?
All the buttons on Frostovision Flair are 1 inch in diameter. Sorry, but for now that's the only size we offer.
3) Can I customize my own button for you to make?
Yes, you can. We charge $0.50 total for custom buttons, no matter how many you order.
4) Can you design me buttons? I have an idea, but don't know how to draw or make it myself.
Yes! We can design for you no problem at all. It's a $3.00 total charge for designs, no matter how many you order. And we don't make the buttons until you're happy with the design.
5) I might order more of the same button later. Will you keep my designs?
Yes. We're anal retentive, and we keep everything exceptionally orderly and tend to keep all files we're sent. Rest assured, you have your own special folder. :)
6) Can I order an amount of buttons that you didn't list on the site?
Yes. We have no limit on the amount of buttons you order.
7) Can I order more than one design of button in a large order?
Yep. So long as you specify what you want you can have any number of any buttons in an order.
8) How many colors am I allowed to use in the designs?
There is no color limit. Go nuts.
9) What file types can I send you for my design?
We accept .jpg, .png or .psd. Anything that works in photoshop works well. We can take illustrator file types if necessary. Files can be compressed or still in layered format. Make sure it's at least 72 dpi.
10) Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free when you buy over 50 buttons.
11) What about international shipping?
We do ship internationally. Sorry, but we can't afford to ship that for free, so that will be included in your price quote.
12) What are your shipping methods?
All shipping will be done through USPS using Priority/First Class Mail.
13) What if I want more insurance on my shipment?
We can do that, too. That one you'll have to pay for, though.
14) Can I rush orders?
Yes! It depends on how much faster you want your buttons, but for an extra $15.00 we can push your order to the front of the line, and send the shipment overnight (special shipping is paid by the buyer).
