Frostovision Flair is run and made by Frost, who seems to like referring to herself as "us" on this site. But really, it's just her.
She's currently an art student at the University of Milwaukee - Wisconsin and plans on graduating as soon as possible. Areas of expertise include sequential comic art and illustration. She'd rather be her own boss than work for someone else.
